This is because the maps are already indexed and the navigator does not see the new map.

In order for the Navitel to see the downloaded map, you need to re-index all the maps.
To do this, you need to delete the file index.XXX.nti, (where XXX is any three digits), in the maps folder ( Maps),
delete when the navigator is turned off, with any file manager, or through a cord from a computer.
