  • onion (purple, small);
  • lemon;
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • soy sauce – 1 tbsp. l.

  • a bunch of dill;
  • bell peppers – 2 pcs.;
  • young zucchini;

  • coarse salt – 1 tsp.

Cooking method:

  1. Rinse the rice, add a glass of cold water and cook over low heat in a small saucepan until the moisture is absorbed.
  2. Wash the carp and gut it through a longitudinal incision on the abdomen, leaving the head and tail.

2 small zucchini

potatoes - 10 pcs.;

carrots - 1 pc.;

dill - 1 bunch;

bulbs - 2 pcs. ;

2 lemons;

vegetable oil;

ground white or black pepper;

Oven baked carp recipe:

1. Gut the fish and remove scales. Dry the fish with a paper towel.

2. Squeeze the juice from the lemon into a separate container.

5. While the fish is marinating, prepare the vegetables. Chop carrots, potatoes and zucchini into small cubes (after peeling them). Mix and add salt to taste, pepper. Cut several potatoes into circles.
