Meat with plums baked in the oven will be no less original. As an example, we can consider an interesting one that uses the following components:

800 grams of fresh plums and the same amount of pork loin, 35 grams of vegetable oil, a bunch of green onions, 220 grams of canned water chestnuts, 2 cloves of garlic, 4 sweet potatoes, a couple of small slices of ginger root, 8 grams of sugar, chili pepper and 2 tablespoons of rice wine .

It usually takes no more than an hour to prepare the dish:

  1. First of all, you need to preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  2. Cut the washed meat into fairly large pieces, and then fry them lightly on both sides. The inside of the product should remain raw.
  3. Place the prepared pork into a mold.

    1 carrot

    Cut the beef into cubes. We also clean and chop vegetables.

    We fry our meat in a frying pan, add salt and pepper, and then put it in a bowl for stewing.

    In the same pan, fry the carrots, onions and celery. Add tomato paste and fry for a couple more minutes.

    Fill the whole thing with broth (I just diluted a bouillon cube in water), cover with a lid and leave to simmer over low heat for about 1 hour until the meat is soft. Half an hour before readiness, add the plums (I cut them into quarters, but this is not necessary) and mix. Salt and pepper.

    I highly recommend serving the meat with fried potatoes.
