1.Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance to soften it. Grind the soft butter and sugar until smooth.

  • baking powder - 1 sachet (1 tsp)

7.Remove the mold from the refrigerator and pour out half of the dough. Place all the apples on top to create a large layer. And fill the fruit filling with the remaining dough.

8.Place the pie in the oven, which is now preheated, for 40 minutes. It should be golden brown and a toothpick will come out almost dry. Since the apples will give juice in the middle, the finished dough will be moist.

How to cook:

1. It is advisable to immediately turn on the oven and heat it to 180º, because the biscuit dough cannot be left for a long time - it will fall off.

2. Beat all the eggs at once into a clean and dry bowl, add sugar and salt. Start beating at low mixer speeds, gradually increasing the speed. The mass should noticeably increase in volume and become white. The marks from the whisks will not disappear immediately, but will remain for a couple of seconds. This consistency can be achieved after 10 minutes of beating.
